The Bethesda Christian Church is part of the American Restoration Movement, seeking to unite all Christians on the basis of plain Biblical teachings. We are independent and autonomous, with no earthly headquarters or authority. We have "no creed but Christ," and seek to "call Bible things by Bible names and do Bible things in Bible ways." We believe, "in essentials, Unity, in opinion, Liberty; but in all things, Love." God has given us His Word and has protected it through the ages, providing us our only rule of faith and practice. "Where the Scriptures speak, we speak; Where the Scriptures are silent, we are silent." We are a fellowship of baptized (immersed) believers who are endeavoring for holiness in the midst of this sinful world. We seek to call all people to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior that can only be maintained through an active involvement in the local church. 

     We also have an extensive Library (books/tapes/videos/CDs/DVDs), this website a Facebook page and a monthly newsletter. Our auditorium is heated & air conditioned and is accessible with no steps. We  use Powerpoint & projector on to a big screen with a mix of hymns and choruses to enhance our worship times. 

     We are concerned for the people and families in and around Bethesda. God wants you to have it in abundance! But, do you?? Through Jesus, we can have a greater life than we could ever imagine! We can have real peace and joy from being in a right relationship with our Maker; we can have meaning and purpose by knowing who we are and Whose we are; we can have improved relationships with our families and friends by letting the Holy Spirit's fruit live through us, and finally, have real confidence knowing that we're saved and on our way to Heaven!
